i cant jump so much on my foot properly coz i broke it last year n it didnt heal properly so still having problems any alternative for the pogo hop stuff
Could I possibly skip the shuffle and break down part if I were to extended the other exercises a little longer? Only because my floor is too hard for the former. If not, what could i replace the shuffle and break down with?
Because she's not doing serious repetitions. The video is only 4 minutes! If she were doing repetitions of about 30 each, she would have to utilize her breathing more.

This should be done every other day. You don't want to over do it, that can actually harm your body.
