Dean's voice has changed somehwhat. For some reason, whenever he and Castiel are talking, they think they need to put on batman persona's and make their voices all gritty.

Jensen does the batman-esque voice whenever he and Castiel and are talking beacuse of Misha. Misha chose that gruff voice for Castiel, and Dean challenes it whenever there on screen. Season 6 for example, he sounds normal most of the time, but the minute Cas is with Dean its like a contest of manly.
