@jordinio1O Rossi would have done just fine, he's a class talent by any measure. But once Rainey had his accident and Schwantz retired talent got a bit thin. Doohan was good but not as good as his world championship wins suggest. It was a few years before anyone turned up with talent to challenge him and had anything on a par with those we see in this video.

@andysmonte same happened with rossi when rossi came there was no serious challenge . i think if he was back here he would be 4th best man , dont forget that there was still kevin schwantz and wayne rainey . but this is just my opinion

I wasn't even born yet(1989) but great stuff. I wish they would bring back REAL race bikes. Not some easy to ride, electronically controlled bike. Bring back the power and light weight of a 2-stroke, get rid of traction control and anti-wheel control. Let us see who the real men are, the men that can handle a real race bike.
