  • In fact people are just very cold-hearted and aloof with each other altogether in this film! Isn't that always the way with films and television?

  • Grown-ups do have so many expectations of each other, yet they're usually kind to children, and I think I'll find it upsetting when I'm that old. Thank God for those whose characters are warm and tender - the ones that have that sort of motherly instinct. Like my English teacher Amanda; I wish she could adopt me! But sometimes people are more gentle if they know somebody has a disability, and I have Asperger Syndrome, same as Chris.

  • I feel sorry for that chap because Helena is always unfriendly to him when he was only trying to help her little boy. Sometimes his advice is annoying but I think the underlying reason for Helena's unfriendliness towards him is because he's a grown-up. It must be even worse for him to be male as well. But somehow I think that if he was young that advice would go from being rude to being 'cute'.

  • I think Helena is so wonderful! This movie is great!
