Thanks for sharing the video. The song is great and very appropriate for Allan. Nice work including the dialogue: "You're always in the sun, Robin, and I'm always in the shade". That is one of my favourite lines in S2, since it expressed Allan's thoughts perfectly. Bravo. 5/5

I totally agree with you. As he said as soon as the King got home they all were gonna get back what they lost but what about him. He had nothing to begin with. And as much as I love Robin that nonsense about having a choice didnt quite made sense at least not with Allan. He really didnt have a choice he had to do what he had to do to survive. What's wrong with that???
Plus, if Robin had kept his temper instead of kicking Allan out of the group, he would have had a very valuable opportunity to get a spy into the sheriff's midst. Instead he drives Allan into fully defecting to the bad guys' ranks.
Another great vid. The best thing about Allan's character is that even though you can't excuse his betrayal, you can completely understand why he did it. Unlike all the other merry men, his life before John's reign probably wasn't that different from Richard's - he didn't have any ideals or loved ones to fight for like they did, and he saw the opportunity to get himself a little security. By the time he realized what he got himself into, it was way too late to back out.
i love allan! i have a bad feeling he's going to sacrifice himself to save the others at some point, noooooooooo i hope i'm wrong!!! But he has to come back good in the end, he's too lovely to be with the sheriff :(
