@Shep9250 It doesn't run slow on windows, in the game 'yes'. However, you need to know about the FPS = Frames per second. When you a play a video from the windows, it runs at 24 FPS. While you're playing counter strike source at 60-80 FPS, it looks exact the same as the video was playing at 24 FPS. Conclusion, higher FPS better. BTW, youtube only play video at 30FPS(Max) anything over 30FPS runs slow(I don't know why) after done the demo, record it with FRAPS, then upload.

So I used this tutorial, and everything worked pretty much well. When I chose the Codec I just chose the one that was already selected. Thing is, the file was only 30 seconds, but the .avi file was 1.83 gb. Is that just because of the Codec I used, or will I have to compress the file in some other editing program? Any help would be appreciated.
