  • very interesting. i would love to learn more ISL. im deaf american but always interested in learning other sign languages..

  • WAY TOO FAST!!!!..... SLOW IT DOWN FOR GOD SAKE...... WHY WOULD YOU MAKE A VIDEO TO HELP BEGINNERS AND THEN SIGN SO FAST..... ARE YOU TRYING TO SHOW OFF?????...... YOU HAVE REALLY ANNOYED ME NOW!

  • Yes, it is way too fast, it has to be slower if someone is to learn starting from basics.

  • @OniNoFAQ Hi there. I made another part one, for people who find this clip too fast. Uploading a few clips this afternoon.

  • @mysticvean can you show me a link to the slower version please3?

  • Awesome! I wish I could find an Irish Deafie so I can communicate! I am an American Deaf person. :)

  • @Jennafei If you like, you can practise using videos, and I can reply via video. :)

  • @mysticvean Sweet!!! I will dig out my digicam! :)

  • Love this video but it needs to be slower !

  • This is interesting.

  • i love this video very informative

  • @viv399 thanks :)

  • love this video

  • This video is great but a little fast. It just makes it a little hard to copy the signs

  • you should make this video but slower because its really good but hard to follow

  • i watch cbeebies with my son and they have Mr tumble teaching British sign for kids. anything like that available for isl?

  • love the video. i wish you'd show the signs step by step though

  • ive been dying to learn ISL, thank you so much for posting this up. its a wee bit fast but i suppose thats everyday conversation. Im coming into contact with more and more deaf people and id hate to patronize them by going through the whole alphabet to say a sentence with them or trying to find paper to write things down. this makes things so much easier. keep it coming :)

  • This was good though a little fast. I suppose in a way it's good that its fast because you're not going to realistically be signing at a very slow pace. That said I had a little trouble mimicking the signs. If you slowly showed them once and then sped up to normal pace it might help make it a bit easier but still great video!

  • Awesome! I've been looking for something like this for a while now. I'm part Irish and am goning to be a Deaf Education teacher soon (graduation coming up in December). I'm learning ASL and have to write a paper on anything related to Deaf Ed. I've had the hardest time finding anything that shows ISL. So, all that said, thanks!

  • ooh you're too fast !!

  • @routex7044 agreed. she is way too fast to be able to understand her signs.

  • @routex7044 do you want a second clip containing the same information but at a slower pace?

  • Thank you for adding the captions onto the video. It would be helpful to me to understand what you explained about ISL.

  • I was woundering if you could possibly post the sign for the english word "different" signed in ISL. I am attempting to do a project for a scholorship. thank you for your time.

  • Brilliant, I'm learning ISL at the minute and have an exam soon..this is gonna help so much!

  • Wow, this is amazing!! I live in the united states, and I'm studying to be a sign language interpreter here (almost graduated!). I have Irish blood, and today's St. Patrick's Day, so randomly I thought I'd look up ISL...just to watch sign language and understand only a part of it is so odd compared to knowing it fluently here. Cheers to your vlog! Thanks!

  • well done lads, about time someone was doing this for ISL.

  • Great vid! Enjoyable + informative as I'm learning ISL. Well done!
