Illusions and Delusions About the U.S. Economic Picture

This is a really good evaluation. People write off the recession so easily, but the truth is that there are clear directions we've been taking that have caused the situation. The situation itself isn't the end all be all, but if the roots causes can't be addressed, things will continue to get worse.

The economy is my biggest voting issue btw.
