The public union is a sham, the people at the top are nothing more than organized criminals who found a legal loophole by skimming off the paychecks of the public workers to line their own pockets. Collective bargaining ensured the teachers union used a union fronted insurance company that charged twice as much as competing companies for the same services. The taxpayers foot the bill, nobody's the wiser.
