Sometimes this show brings down my self esteem.doent put any thumbs down, its just how I feel. just 2 weeks ago someone left that lost 17lbs!!! In my opinion when Helen left the ranch she looked healthy. I think that was at the right weight, Screw the show, Its ur health, and its not healthy to lose that much weight. This is just my opinion. I think nothing bad of her, I just think she might have lost to much weight.bein under weight is just as or even more unhealthy than being over weight.

And I find it absolutely amazing how jealosy can generate so many negative comments from people who can only make themselves feel better by trying to tear down someone who has made some inprovements in life.
