His complaint was that he wants to work for a company that only does news and nothing else. Then he goes and joins Al Gore, who has absolutely nothing to do with news unless he is on it talking about his global warming scam. That makes no sense what-so-ever, but then again this is Keith Olbermann we are talking about, and he usually makes no sense.
@v12tommy You're a fucking moron. I mean a real fucking moron. All the major news organizations are owned by major corporations--i.e., DisneyAolGeneralElectricRepublicans--ergo, that conflicted with what Keith wanted to say. Unlike O' Reilly, Hannity, Maddow, Keith joined an independent news media, irrespective of the ratings. He could've easily have joined CNN but he didn't want to suck the cocks of the political hacks. Seriously, man, you're a fucking clown.
@icelove871 I'm the clown? Maybe you should read your post again and re-evaluate who is the clown. You think "Republicans" is a major corporation. As for political hacks, hardly anybody is a bigger political hack than the owner of CurrentTV, Al Gore. I mean seriously, the guy's name alone is a punchline to jokes. Then again, Keith Olbermann has been a punchline for quite some time now too. You have a very strange outlook on reality my friend.
@benr2902 LOL. I never realized how agile Olbermann was! Standing on his soapbox with one leg while balancing a wooden cross, AND,...kissing Letterman's ass!!
Hey Keith, if you wanted to go to an outlet that doesn't have a large commercial reach, than why go to a place that gets no viewers? Have you ever heard of a place called PBS? The guy is a dumbass
@extreme67 I suspected at the time of my original comment that "provocative" may not be quite a strong enough label to describe what I meant. A guy such as Moyers may occasionally be "provocative," but he's not nearly the controversial, iconoclastic, and perhaps inflammatory figure that Olbermann can be. Certainly, K.O.'s "Special Comment" and "Worst Person in the World" segments would be antithetical to the PBS style and his "entertainment value" may price him out of PBS' salary structure.
@extreme67 The operative term here is "made", as in; fabricated, concocted, constructed, etc. Moyers? Really? Moyers!!? Now THERE'S a true mediator of common sense!
He is a sports opinion/joke guy and only a sports opinion/joke guy. He knows nothing of THE NEWS. Too bad, because he was excellent on ESPN. CBS plays short, shitty clips.
douche.

@extreme67 PBS might not be able to pay him the same type of salary and doesn't go for provocative hosts.
