I don't know if they are real or not but I was visiting friends in Bouse Az in March and we saw something very similar. Bright red glow but unmoving for a time then it disappeared.

This was captured from different parts of the area. You could probably triangulate it's position relative to it's reported launching spot and factor in prevailing winds. Also optically compare these lights with road flares at the same altitude. But don't worry about getting in trouble for not having a permit because it seems the locals don't care about floating flares over such a fire prone part of the world.

who said UFO's have lights? Have you ever read into these things? a high electromagnetic field around the ship makes this light effect. the field makes the ship have zero gravity all around it. that's why they can turn at high speeds without crushing the people or whatever is in those things.

recall the first phoenix lights years ago .. of course then, we witnessed it first hand in the midwest .. and "they" were flying extremely low over hwy 70 .. and followed by military aircraft ... whatever "it" was, it was HUGE!!!!!! i have NO idea how we can build something that large and have it "flying/maneuvering" thru airspace, especially low to the ground! and smoothly. As far as I have read online, mandmade antigrav craft could not achieve such steady paced movement. Hang in there AZ!

i saw similar lights +-20 years ago here in germany! 4 also but in a row, and these lights disappeared one by one (if you turn out a flashlight)the light was white/yellow.

I don't know if they are real or not but I was visiting friends in Bouse Az in March and we saw something very similar. Bright red glow but unmoving for a time then it disappeared.

also the prankster says they only went up a few hundred feet, but then say that a passing jet knock them out of line with its jet wash..hmmm I didnt know jet flew only a few hundred feet of the ground in a large city I guess Phoenix not only allows burning flares to float over the city but jet planes can fly a few hundred feet off the ground.

Your comment about a "fact" that UFO's fly 4000 mph, you can't make a statement like that because there is no proven truth yet that UFO's exist. You can say however that Jet Aircraft are capable of very fast flight. UFO - Stands for Unidentified Flying Object, which means it is something but no one knows what it is.

Flares are rather easy to spot... They give off lots of smoke, which reflects in their own light, and they flicker as the fuel burns.

there are flares that last 30 minutes but the isnt the problem here,
the neighbor and the so called prankster stories don't match.
the prankster says they only lasted 15 minutes but the neighbor say he watched for over 30 minutes.
also the neighbor say in one interview he saw 2 go up then 2 more.
the prankster says he let them go one at a time and at a minute apart.
the neighbor also said in a different interview he saw 2 go up then one and one.

ok guys i just seen 2 lights headed west and the lights went from north to south right beside each other they were there disapeared there and then disapeard again and 1 more time after that it was really fast and im seen a bunch of disapearing lights its not clouds either cuz all the stars stay my cuzin seen 2 lights one blue one red and earlyer i seen circle lights disapearing too if anyone knows if their any aircraft lights like this let me know and also i want to know if anyone is seeing any

This was captured from different parts of the area. You could probably triangulate it's position relative to it's reported launching spot and factor in prevailing winds. Also optically compare these lights with road flares at the same altitude. But don't worry about getting in trouble for not having a permit because it seems the locals don't care about floating flares over such a fire prone part of the world.
