I think fines for perpetrating frauds regarding UFOs should be much more severe. The biggest problem with disclosure is that few, VERY few presidents who have ever sat since Truman, even know what the hell is going on. They know about as much as the American people do. What did you think? That the President can just hop on AF1 and say, "Let's go to Area 51."? No, he doesn't have clearance. Despite the fact that he is the most powerful man on earth, he would be DENIED access because he is still just a civillian. The military/industrial complex runs the show...and the puppets.

Kennedy knew and was going to release the information to the world (we know what happened to him). I have to agree with Gine012. They have been saying this is the year for disclosure for, what, 6 years or more and still nothing substantial. Additionally if you read the book, the information is so contradictory, the only reasonable explanation is that the whole of UFOology is almost certainly a military psychological operation.

The way that I look at it is, that if there is going to be an "Invasion" we have only to blame the US military for it. If there is going to be a disclosure of UFOs and Aliens visiting us, they will only give us little information. Seen First Contact, that will happen.It's inevitable. Religions will be one major factor that will be effected, big time. We need to tread softly, the truth should be released in a right way and get us ready for the truth.

@TheDerrenBrown i like to think that any race of beings that have mastered space travel, would be smart enough to see war for what it is, a waste of life, time, and energy. i seriously doubt that humans are "as good as it gets" when it comes to being civilized, because we prove on a daily basis, that we are not as evolved as we think we are.
that being said, i'm sure there are other beings like us out there, who kill and oppress their own kind. but like us, i doubt they have reached the stars.

Once upon a time earth was a beautiful, mature planet, a garden ripe with life ... then an invasive species was introduced - humans.
