Awesome idea!!! I have stripped and sanded down the cradle I used as a baby and was still indecisive about staining or painting. I prefer to stain but our cradle has turned spindles and that would have been a JOB compared to spray painting. We even thought about buying one of those big sprayers you use on a deck just to make the chore easier. A little cleaner bottle never occured to me so I'm so glad you posted this!

@chtthatsme I believe the stain was minwax brand. We used the Polycrilic finish on it.

Yes. We sanded each piece before we assembled it, then again right before we stained it.
