  • nice guy

  • harekrishna. com/col/books/YM/cbh/

    krsnabook. com/

A gift from Sriman George Harrison.

  • HARE KRISHNA, HARE KRISHNA,

    KRISHNA, KRISHNA, HARE, HARE.

    HARE RAMA, HARE RAMA,

    RAMA, RAMA, HARE, HARE.

  • AGTSP!and your very nice servevice, to our Srila Prabhupad

  • Considering George composed and sang lyrics like 'jai sri krishna' and 'hare krishna' it isn't hard to deduce who his Lord was.

  • John, talking about a Hare Krishna group whod been painting a little temple in the grounds of Tittenhurst Park near Ascot, which was briefly his home, was typical. "I had to sack them. They were very nice and gentle, but they kept going around saying peace all the time. It was driving me mad. I couldnt get any f***ing peace

  • that is really wild, that George Harrison was one of the most famous people of all time and he dug the chanting more than being a Beatle, if I understand it correctly.

  • Yeah, that also inspired me to start chanting, when I saw George wrote a foreword to the "Krishna book" and donated 40.000$ for publishing it.

  • What is that thingy on his nose? Did someone put that there when he was napping?

  • @hopeurfree Its clay from the sacred ganges river in india and the marking is a sign that the person is following a particular spiritual path

  • What particular path?

  • Vaisnavism. The ancient worship of God that has been practiced in Indian since time began. George was a follower of Srila Prabhupada who brought these teachings to the West in the 1960's. They follow the teachings of ancient Vedic scriptures. The two guys in this video were very close and long time friends of George. You might like to read George's biography entitled "Here Comes The Sun" .

  • for everybody's info, these 2 guys did not just hung out with George 38 years ago. I personally saw them in Vrindavan, India, with George in April 1996, and they were called by George to be with him during his last days in LA. In those days and until George left, only his wife, son, and the owner of the house was there besides these 2 guys. Just imagine the intimate relationship they had.

  • Its too bad that every religious cult George checked out at one time or another throughout his spiritual journey have all tried to claim him as their own. This guy's whole claim to fame in his spiritual life is that he hung out with an ex-Beatle 38 years ago, trying to bask in reflected glory.

  • what are you on about?

this isnt a cult, its the original religion and culture of the world. it can be historically, scientifically, linguistically or philosophically proven.

he wanted to be part of it, this 'cult', just shows who's his fans

  • The veracity of George's religion wasn't the point of my post. Hare Krsna.

  • Who is trying to claim fame? They are simply sharing stories that most of us are delighted to hear about. Before criticizing others who speak about George, why don't you find out what George said and did himself? It is clear that he accepted Srila Prabhupada as his guru and he stayed with Krishna Consciousness for the rest of his life. I don't know where you have heard anything to the contrary.

  • All the George Harrison experts circle their wagons. Most amusing. Keep it coming.

  • nah, it's a form of mysticism..........

  • What that dude do, a face plant off his bike or something?

  • Sweet! Thanks a lot!

  • Thank you for this video, Hare Krishna!!!

  • Haribol!
