After reviewing this with my paranormal investigation team, and breaking this video down frame by frame, this is indeed a FAKE. The "creature" completely skips out of the video at 00:30. The lighting is different on the "creature" than it is on the tree, and grass, and the "creature" in the building was fake as well. It was from a documentary ABOUT the chupacabra, on discovery international a couple of years ago, and it was one of their "for example it would look like..." videos.

Presumably physics and the way light works is the same in south america as it is in the rest of the world... If you watch this vid frame by frame it becomes clear it's a fake, they didn't match the lighting on the figure with the tree's from about the waist down, and in fact the animation actually completely skips at one point at the figure vanishes off screen (:30) as it passes behind the first tree, The last close clip it glides and only takes steps in the center of the shot. Watch by frames.
