@T3NACITY1 there is a program that comes with it called the bf2spcc which you can use to edit game options then run it, but its a little buggy, personally i dont use it. if you use it then i think you can change the number of bots in that, if not, its a really easy mod to mod it yourself just search how to change the number of bots on the internet

@heehebjehemdaar it will work with 1.5 theres just some things that dont work (the mortar crashes the game and the commander ai doesnt work) and its the fault of EA for it breaking the mod. the mod devs cant really fix EA's hardcode for the AI commander not to work.

AIX is Good but there is not many ranked server so i dont Recommed to download this one for Multiplayer

AIX 2 is more like Singleplayer

Go to BF2 if you wan Multiplayer.

@swordpalme aix was MADE for single player and co op, the reason there isnt many ranked multiplayer is because the rank system is buggy as hell, you should be thankful there is a rank system at all, that was a lot of work by the devs. also most of the maps are unbalanced because it wasnt intended for human vs human. i deleted your other two comments because they were moronic, the admins of whatever server you were playing have nothing to do with the mod, and if you dont like it, dont play it.

1 hour ago he Unbanned me because it was an Issue, So now it rocked agian.

@DezClassic funny you should mention it, while aix development has ceased there is a guy at BFSP named Void making ESAI (enhanced strategic artificial intelligence) which changes the AI. it's been tested with AIX so you can go and download it and try it out. only thing is if you install it you cant play online if you choose to. also you'd be best using 1.41 not 1.5 patch as it breaks some aspects of singleplayer and aix.

@TheGamingSportsGuy it doesnt look like it, it is, and its on the map aix greasy mullet. the only thing is because of the speed of the blackbird and the firefox, this map had to be absolutely huge, which unfortunately means you need a really good quality computer to play without lag, try reducing your setting might help a little also

@rang4killer8 unlocks are part of the stats system, which i dont use because it's pretty buggy. are you using bf2 1.5 or 1.41 because if its 1.41 its possible to use the unlocks with a special file

yes you can play online, the mod is made for SP or COOP play but there are servers running MP if you really want..the only thing is its sorta unbalanced and one team is usually superior cuz it was only made for SP or COOP

well. multiple things were broken in aix by 1.5

the commander can no longer be used in singleplayer (unfixable)

using the mortar crashes the game (fixable, but only if you dont play online, if you play online you can just not use the mortar, there was a serverside fix released to fix it so it cant be used online, but you dont need that)

using vehicles with a weapon that has more than 1024 bullets in multiplayer crashes the game (was also in the serverside fix which you dont need to download)

well. the mod was made for sp/coop gameplay, coop is good, multiplayer is a little unbalanced because it was made for bot ownage, but still playable.

the main thing that annoys me in mp is everybody using the antitank gun, which is a grenade launcher..
