I liked this movie, I thought it was a worthy addition to the tradition. Casper did a great job. I really liked the part when the Shaman sent the bees to save Tarzan by covering and hiding him.

OH My GOD! I LOVED this movie. This movie is the part 2 of Tarzan. After he meet Jane and they both return to the city. This is where the beginning of the movie was.

But he has a vision his jungle get in trouble so he postpone the wedding that he and Jane are going to have. Well, in the end they have a wedding in the jungle.

are you guys from europe or asia. I mean, anyone who loves this movie obviously has not seen good movies....this movie is terrible. They use technology from the 50,s or sometimes to do the special effects and the story just plane sucks. Ohhh...I think I know what the problem is here. I guess Europeans and Asians are just a bunch of morons who live in places where folks know nothing about quality cinema. Thank God for the good-old USA, who gave the world such masterpieces as "Battlefield Earth" (2000), "Basic Instinct 2" (2006), "Daddy Day Camp" (2007), and Bo Derek's "Tarzan the Ape Man" (1981).

I'm just a Tarzan fan, but what exactly are you people arguing about here? Whether US makes better movies, not anymore. They did during the 30's & 40's the heydays of the Hollywood Studio System, that's when they gave the world the masterpieces of the movies. Just like the Europeans & other civilizations gave the world their masterpieces in the other arts, fair enough?

I assume you are talking about "Greystoke - The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes". Is that what you mean? There isn't really a film called, "Tarzan of the Apes, Lord of the Jungle". There are two films called "Tarzan of the Apes", one from 1918 and an animated one from 1999.

All of the films are listed on my web site. See the link to the discussion of this film in the "More Info" section. It was originally conceived as a sequal to Greystoke but bears no resemblance to that film at all.
