@vasigames First off, the pentium 4 is a SINGLE CORE with a VIRTUAL CORE which is the so called HT in the pentium 4. Although if you tweak the game,Overclock the GPU and add 1 more GB of RAM you can run Medium fine.

@Ale7it acually.. me and my friend resarched on the "GTA IV bad optimized for pc".. and it turned out that, it is NOT bad optimized.. it that u using wrong FPS counter.. everybody runs FRAPS from beepa, but try change to Xfire.. if your computer isnt to crappy xD but it helped me, i had 31-34 fps with fraps.. and now i have 80-110 and no lag at all..

Well someone with 1.5 GB and 128 MB graphics card, was able to edit videos. I have 1 GB RAM, 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo, and 128 MB ATI 2400XT. I average about 23 fps on 800x600, low texture, low reflection, low water, medium shadows, medium render quality, definition on, and vsync off.

coma scatta o.O , io preferisco sempre la limpidezza alla qualità. scaricati la patch 1.0.3 dove la grafica è più ottimizzata, e si possono disattivare le ombre e i riflessi risparmiando 5-6fps in fluidità.
