It all depends the lx is easyier to text on than the 2008 even though it isnt really that much harder. but over all 2008 is what i would pick it has 2mp camera, removable bumpers ,comes with the OTA unlike the lx where you have to wait for it to come. and the 2008 is 150 woth a 2 year contract and the lx is 200 not much but t-mobile tags on an extra 50 no matter what so 200 and 250 for them.
