  • Bill Hicks>George Carlin

  • @RacerEckss Man, a while back I downloaded a Bill Hicks album, and George's last album (which came out 15 yrs later) to listen to on a road trip. I listened to Bill's first, but when I listened to George's I was very surprised that he did most of the same material that was on Bill's album (don't know if that was intentional or coincidence...), and it wasn't NEARLY as funny when George delivered it. My perception of reality changed that day.

  • I served a long time in the military and I can pinpoint the beginning of my disillusionment with it from listening to Bill Hicks.

He was a great comedian and a pretty righteous human being.

  • All gays should be drafted into the military then put on the front lines.

  • @Jefgg

I suppose this comment has something to do with why your profile doesn't exist anymore...

  • I like the fact that Bill Hicks realises that all wars just produces the thing they're meant to be fighting against. I am personally not gay, but if gay people want to fight, let them. It's not like any country is any worse than the country they're fighting. I'm British; so, I know the irony of pointing the finger

  • many americans probably dont even know there were two irak wars .... america caused so many didnt it ...

  • @kiawase Alright, 1, it's Iraq, not irak, and two, Desert Storm wasn't a war, it was an Operation, and 3, America could hardly be to blame for either of them. Yes, there are ways to make absolutely everything seem to be America's fault, but the goal of both the war that ended recently when America pulled out was to aid in the overthrow of a dictator, though the first time in we settled on his word not to do it again. Education is a wonderful thing.

  • @mebematthew0 forgive me ..native german speakin here ...

'aid in the overthrow' really made me laugh (how come the us never overthrow african dictators , hmmm.) ... looks like a lot of your education is based on what the us mass media tell u. Speaking of eudcation ... start to read about american history , you will be surprised.

  • Bill Hick's is the comedy version of Tupac. R.I.P to both

  • LOL amen to that.

  • @NuclearActiveGuy Then imagine the fun we will have when you croak.

  • What many people don't realize, is that when he is talking Iraq, he is about the 1st Gulf War.

  • 100% AGREED!

  • what he is saying is so true, was sad to hear he passed away :(

  • He looks like a young Alex Jones! =D

  • @JAtria

    He does lol

  • @JAtria They are both from or lived in Austin, TX too...

  • @JAtria only LOOKS like him though, there are NO other similarities

  • @VicePower i cannot pretend not seeing this idiot message! try to read more open history books and reports and u will discover that those fuckers had killed innocents (including kids and women) and poor people just for profit... if u think in 2010 that they have done this just for bring freedom and democracy in the world well let me tell you something : wake fuckin up kid ! i am italian and bill hicks is my american hero ever! it wasnt for him i would've had still a bad idea of you "americans"

  • @xxwaterboyxx15 Hope you get killed quick enough that you don't do too much damage to innocent people

  • People can say what they want. One of Bill's sentiments here is true beyond any shadow of a doubt, There ain't noone out there who's a fuckin' threat to us.

  • Mr.Hick's is right, There is No War,They all Fake, to scare people of the USA. Everything is a Fake shitz. 911 was fake,. WWI, WWII was a set up Planned atleast , atleast 40 yrs Plan. So now, Our Government Has been Donminated by a Shadow Government behind doin all the Work, There is No such thing is ONE EYE GOD in the Bible. No Fuckin Pryramid in the Bible.

  • BikiniBabe1985 - You're too dumb to understand what he's saying. Any war after WWII has not been to protect our freedoms. Anyone who thinks differently is just the prefect sheep.

  • Comment removed

  • @kskywr Yeah, but some wars have been to protect other's freedoms. South Korea and Bosnia to name a few.

  • @marlboroman1985 korean war was to defend right wing dictatorship vs leftwing dictatorship. maybe good maybe bad

  • @Konform2zoidberg Yeah, I'd say overwhelmingly good. If you take a look at North Korea and South Korea today, it's a no-brainer. But I see your point.

  • @BikiniBabe1985 1. "This is incredibly disrespectful to the men and women who sacrifice for our freedoms each day." ohh so you're saying that if we hadn't sent troops to Iraq, we would have been dominated by Iraqi soldiers and terrorists despite us having better weapons than them, regardless of if we were in Iraq or not? Either way we would have kicked their ass. They aren't protecting freedom, they're there for no good reason longer than we were in WWII.

    2. Did you know Bill Hicks? ...

    2.

  • @BikiniBabe1985 ...I'm just wondering because I would be amazed to figure out you can read the thoughts of a dead man! I'm glad you know what Bill Hicks thinks better than he does, you fucking twat.

    3. Why America? Why of all countries would he bless America? Why not China or Russia? Or Egypt or "god forbid ;D" Iraq or Afghanistan? What would make God bless America and fuck all the rest? What makes America so special? Nothing. And also, there is no God. so fuck off you idiotic twat.
