Teacher fights facebook law prohibiting student friending

Does it really matter how she communicates with her daughter? It's not the governments right or anyone else's right to tell a parent how they can communicate with there children even if she is a teacher or not. People have there own lifes and it shouldn't contradict there job safety. I can see this being serious if the teacher wasn't there parent. But this is in a entire different category. ITS NO ONES RIGHT TO TELL SOMEONE HOW TO COMMUNICATE TO THERE CHILD. THE GOVERNMENT IS FUCKED!
