ARV's are present here. Range rovers have been seen without yellow dots on before. Also the Beemers have the old style lamps on them, which at present only DPG and other ARV's have on them now. (due t cost implications of replacing the lights/vehicles on armoured vehicles is a lot more obviously.)

@cesariojpn ive seen some range rover arv's have no yellow dots on them before. BlueLightsVids - special escort group video demonstrates that. The lorry will likely be carrying something intended for any of the special branches. It will not likely be cash or something incredibly valueable as the truck isnt armoured nor designed for that reason. It could very well be an escort of a secure IT equipment or generators for some form of office/hosptial? You never know ;)
