I don't even see how medical marijuana is legal when it was banned in the "Controlled Substance Act". That act is a Federal Law, and because it is a Federal Law, has to be upheld by the each and every one of the 50 states in the US! I remember this one time I smoked Cannabis with my best friend. We laughed, walked up to the store, got some food, laughed more, had a good time, and then fell asleep. I had a great time, as did he. And this was only one time. I have plenty of other stories, but you're safe to assume they all ended amazingly.
My girlfriend drank too much alcohol and ended up in the hospital for alcohol poisoning. The hospital said that if she had gone 5 more mins without medical assistance she would have died. Now, if we had smoked marijuana, we all would have been perfectly fine because theres no such thing as a pot overdose. Therefore, the prohibition of marijuana is most defiantly not about health or public safety and dont let anyone tell you otherwise.

I remember this one time I smoked Cannabis with my best friend. We laughed, walked up to the store, got some food, laughed more, had a good time, and then fell asleep. I had a great time, as did he. And this was only one time. I have plenty of other stories, but you're safe to assume they all ended amazingly.

My girlfriend drank too much alcohol and ended up in the hospital for alcohol poisoning. The hospital said that if she had gone 5 more mins without medical assistance she would have died. Now, if we had smoked marijuana, we all would have been perfectly fine because theres no such thing as a pot overdose. Therefore, the prohibition of marijuana is most defiantly not about health or public safety and dont let anyone tell you otherwise.

Just recently my brother, a youth of fourteen, died after an overdose. He was invited to a gathering with his "friends". They peer pressured him into smoking a full pack of marijuana cigarettes. His heart stopped after he ingested over three times the lethal amount of THC. His "friends", intoxicated no doubt, refused to contact authorities from fear of reprisal.
I don't expect you to believe me with the propaganda about marijuana being safe out there, but know this illicit drug killed my bother

I hear that with the fake pot known as spice it is possible to cause a fatal overdose, but not with pure marijuana. Sadly if pot were legal your brother may have had access to REAL marijuana instead of smoking spice or arregano laced with laundry detergent and your brother would still be with us today.

If he was only 14 he probably bought it from a bad dealer laced with coke and they didnt know it an didnt know what they were doing. @IIOverkill Because pot is a federally outlawed substance. Federal law trumps state law. The only reason ANY pot is sold anywhere without arrests is because Obama told the DEA to back off. Under Bush, federal law was enforced and medical pot places were shut down in accordance with the law.
