I think Jaleel White is the best for younger (classic) Sonic, and Ryan Drummond is the best for older (modern) Sonic, simply because the voices sound reasonably similar to me -- Drummond just sounds more mature. However, I don't mind Sonic's current voice actor (Roger Craig Smith) either.
