I saw this exact tow truck at Aldgate, I remembered because of the two police cars. We must have almost crossed paths :)

Hmm, I'd say yes in that case. Well, within 10 or 15 minutes anyway. Traffic was pretty nasty from Mile End onwards and it would have taken them a while to reach Aldgate.
