  • I'm a musician and do martial arts (in other words I get double strain on my wrists) and the one thing that has truly helped me is getting one of those powerball things. Seriously try it. Thanks for the video, I'll see if it helps as well.

  • Thanks for these videos! I get really bad back pains, and last night I tried Yoga for Beginners for the first time... it really helped! Last night I slept with a dull pain instead of a sharp pain, and was able to get into many more positions than usual! Maybe if I keep it up, there will be no pain?

  • Many computer workers develope poor dietary habits which place an enormous load on either the spleen/pancreas or the liver, or even both. The wrists have been known to take up their relative organs struggle. This leads to the wrists lacking in personal repair and maintenance wich is experienced by the user.

  • She -starts- by saying to contact your doctor if you have problem, & she's conservative about putting stress on the joint. Aside from that, one should regularly make a point of putting -all- joints through their natural range of motion, or range will decrease w/life's accumultion of traumas. The allopathic model is only -one- model for health care, as much as the AMA has politicked for decades to convince Americans that it is the -only- one.

  • pushing your hands in and out of a big bowl of rice is good for strengthening ligaments and tendons on the wrist, and relieving muscle imbalances. moving your wrists in clockwise and counterclockwise motions in the rice is also recommended.
