Thanks for these videos! I get really bad back pains, and last night I tried Yoga for Beginners for the first time... it really helped! Last night I slept with a dull pain instead of a sharp pain, and was able to get into many more positions than usual! Maybe if I keep it up, there will be no pain?

See a doctor!!? The left wrist is connected to the spleen and pancreas and the right wrist is connected to the liver. If you stretch your wrists, you stretch you internal organs also. Wrist problems, organ problems. Wrist health, organ health. Simple. Dig it!

nice,i do carpentry and work out 5 days in a week,and banging,demolition,lifting weights,plus weather changes can get you wrist issues. thats cool to know,but better is 2 c u so gorgeus and fit...
pushing your hands in and out of a big bowl of rice is good for strengthening ligaments and tendons on the wrist, and relieving muscle imbalances. moving your wrists in clockwise and counterclockwise motions in the rice is also recommended.
