Well Me and Loads of Others Do Not!! Saturated Fats r in any natural foods as meat fish eggs dairy avocados nuts seeds cacao beans extra virgin olive oil! Real Foods Contains Saturated Fat Too!! Canola Oil Is Not Good!!!
