shay, in order to lose more weight, you should have something like cheese or peanut butter with your fruit for breakfast. fruit is a sugar so if you have it alone it'll spike your sugar intake, and the sugar will create extra fat. but if you have it with a protein like cheese or peanut butter, the sugar and protein will balance out and your sugar intake will not spike, allowing you to lose weight more efficiently.
