You can buy the wide screen if you have the 4.3 on ebay for around 550 dollars or at ur bmw center for 2900!

howw much do the display like this cost? and will it work if u just have the radio an cd there currently?

It will work but not for navi! You would have to make a lot of changes because you ac control's are on the top so you will need to buy a new unit for the bottom. If you would want navi you would have to get the computer for one as well!
