There is no quick fix for this. The number 1 reason is lack of enough roads.Number 2 reason is disrespect for laws.Look at those pedestrians who are crossing the road at the risk of their lives and the drivers who apparently do not know the rules either.

I disagree with the first reason.Roads aren't a problem.I agree with the 2nd reason as it is related from our "lane management" problem.Drivers should respect lane rules while driving and pedestrians should be fined high for jaywalking.
