Soddom and Gomorrah wasn't destroyed because of homosexuality, but because they were inhospitable to travelers and themselves. The instance which has homosexual behavior in it is a man being gang raped by other men. Christians don't even understand the bible. All they know is what their preachers say.

You have to remember that these stories aren't Christian in origin. While Christians might focus on the homosexuality, the creators of the story were writing a 'moral' tale about the consequences of inhospitality. Of course the sex obsessed Christians are going to make it about sexuality; what don't they make about sexuality.
@MusingsofCris Hey, I am not saying I believe this shit or condone it. I am just clarifying what the truth actually is. Knowing what the verses actually are can be useful when battling these idiots. The reason most people think it has to do with homosexuality because of the careful edits and control of information over the past 2000 years. I am not inditing all Christians, and I can't pretend to know what all Christians believe. I went to a fox news comment section, and I saw Sodom and Gomorrah referenced. I am addressing that point of view. I don't care about that Bible story or the many ways it can be interpreted. It's all nonsense to me.
