The music depends on how far he is from you and how high your panic meter is. It get's faster, louder and more pressing.

And for example at 0:20 she's in a complete panic state in which she can get killed by ANY touch of the enemy. There is the slight possibility that Hewie helps her before the stalker reaches her until she calms down but most times entering THIS state is almost a predicted game over.

This state can be reached when Fiona runs against a wall or else in panic. xx'
