There are lots of challenges which are frustrating as hell due to annoying AI's or cars crashing into you or whatever.. Most of all, the 3-2-1 countdown before the challenge starts pisses me off, and also the "Are you sure you want to retry this challenge" window

The good thing about this walkthrough is that it's entertaining and fun to watch.

Especially when you finish a task with great success and then right after hit a rail and go flying over it, and the screen tells you you did awesomely and shows your guy kissing the ground.

Dont hold the olly so long.. meaning, lean down on the board and olli only slightly before the jump, so you will have a lot of speed in the jump

How about just free roam (You know the practice mode, where you can just free roam ect) Why not just do a bunch of tricks there, and moves, while that may seem boring, it can help you get a handle on the controles.

time your tricks, also sometimes during missions like if you have to grind they put and face you at the best spot so dont turn for those,also dont try to go really fast it will just be your backstabbing friend it has a 85% chance to fuck you up lol.

Great but here are some tips. First of all, be familiar with your controls, make sure you know what buttons to press. Then play around a bit while you get the hang of it, most skating games are easy, I've been playing Tony Hawk's Underground 2 for about 3 years now and I still love it, just make sure your familiar with using the analogue stick type things. Secondly, use GameFAQs, I know you dont use cheats but they've got good tips to improve your skating.
