  • I can't get past 5

  • is there a cat whisperer?

  • @WhatThePresidentSays cats dont have this kinds of problems.

  • he was trying to say make sure it was a unanimous choice of the family haha

  • Watch new series(season 7) every FRIDAYS @9pm ET.

  • bravo cesar TI SEGUO SEMPRE

  • I love how Obama promised he'd adopt a dog from a shelter, but got a puppy from a breeder instead.

  • @gr1m4ce He got the dog from Ted Kennedy.

  • @hedunlap is Ted Kennedy an animal shelter? No.

  • this are good advises, few weeks from now a new puppy will arrive at home, i had lots of puppies/dogs back then and they were ok. and now i want to make it special. and I need to be more prepare :3

  • very good advise cesar

  • The dog Is a waterdog from iberian peninsula based on a vanished breed "turco andaluz" (Turkish-Andalusian). This is a breed named "portuguese waterdog" bigger than "spanish waterdog" and with identical genetics and caracter. Descendant of poodle.

  • cesar millan is a dog controlling God ! (2)

  • OMG'osh you people are insane! Judgment, judgment, judgment who really GIVES A Oopoo'la... anyways TRYING to stop swearing these days.... giggles

  • Cesar rules!!! He has two kids by the way

  • Cesar Milan is a dog controlling God.

  • Que estais hablando de que cesar es gay ni gay??? viste como le sale del alma y a mi me encanta..(babas)

  • i know ceasers rules work WONDERS on dogs, but i just couldnt see many people getting a new puppy and not showing it affection straight away...

  • @justsmile4me2 Yes we showed our pups affection when we got them at four months. We started discipline right along with that affection though. Good dog people will know to give exercise discipline and affection every day, especially those of us who have bully dogs. We love our pit bulls and they love us. They come into our bedroom every morning, jump on the bed and wake us up with soft licks of pit bull tongues. :)

  • This video is for the Obamas about what to expect from their puppy and what to do when they get their puppy home. This video also reaches out to people who are thinking about getting a puppy or who just got a puppy. And then I read comments about Obama that are unrelated to this vid...I mean c'mon! There is NEVER gona be a president that satisfies everyone's needs. Go talk politics somewhere else! Great vid thou as I am considering getting a pup, thumbs up from me to Cesar for his advice!

  • he looks like a coke head

  • @RICHMONDHILL1981 He can look like anything you want but he is a rich guy !! Rich famous now may we see your picture?

  • I was expecting him to say....

"Don't reward your dog for bad behavior, like you to with Congress.... you need to be Pack-Leader!!"

  • Obama definitely needs advice..

  • Okay! I'll just make one thing absolutely clear! Dogs... do not label any person on the planet, period. Dogs for example do not know what a president is, how a president is formed, where, and why. No logical reasoning at all. Just the instinct to move foward and take the leadership role if no other living creature will. It doesn't apply to just dog to dog too.

  • @KidAnime20

A dog develops depending on its owner. Period.

If the owner lets it rule the house, it becomes the ruler. If the owner is the ruler, the dog becomes a healthy dog.

  • @DazzieMetallikat Yeah, I know that.

  • oh papi you are so hot.. eres tan buenon papi

  • he is God!

  • check out some music by Kaz Piech

  • The dog who fails to come when called is not exhibiting an intention to establish dominance over the caller.

  • Some people have assumed that the Dog Whisperer's tips to the President's dog is "dog crap". What I mean is that they thought he was telling people that the dog was in control of the white house, the president, and the nation. What they failed to understand is that a dog does not pick a specific target or being to dominate. Dogs don't take the leadership role based on merit. What made these people think that a dog knows that it can rule a country? Idiots... Dogs don't even know what a stick is.

  • And yet they chew on it. What dogs or any animal do is based on instinct, not rational thought. If there are beings that don't take the lead in life, the dog will. And for some who think a dog or any animal understands the english language or anything that comes out of your mouth, you are dead wrong. It is nothing but SOUND to them. They just learn what these individualSOUNDS mean and interpret them through action, not thought. And SkyPie3 is absolutly right. Those who disagree are speciests.

  • @KidAnime20 Ok, now you've gone a little too far when u say a dog doesn't know what a stick is. Maybe he doesn't know it's called a stick, but i'm sure a dog knows what a stck is just like he knows who his master is and ehat food is. Geeze, give an animal some credit, their not that dumb, r u for even saying that?

  • @kittkatt032 It's not that Dogs are stupid, they are just not humans. That's all. I'm not putting down the dog, I'm just making it clear that dogs don't operate the same way humans do. reread my comments again if you misunderstood. And FYI, I actually appreciate dogs more than people. For one thing, the fact that dogs let go of things so much more quickly than humans do, is one of the reasons I like dogs a lot. And can you please work on your grammer? It was a little hard to understand... :-)

  • @KidAnime20 My grammer is fine, lil shady on a sentence or two, but enough to understand the point i'm getting across. Or u from a different country maybe??

  • @kittkatt032 Nah. I'm American. It's just you mispelled some words or just like you said, a little shady on a couple of sentences. Do you understand my point as well?

    :-)

  • @KidAnime20 You misspelled misspelled.

  • @canadianroot Holy crap. You're right. "Misspelled", not Mispelled. Oh well. It could've been worse...

  • @kittkatt032 Your grammar is mostly fine, but not your spelling. Your last sentence was a bit of a mess, though.

  • @kittkatt032 Yeah we see you what you did there. Obama hatin'. But what can you expect from a useless pussy...

  • @dieseldog00 OK? Is their somthing wrong with you??!! Maybe hearing voices in your head? Seeing things...cause noones said anything about Obama here....you dumbfuck ignoramous!!! Ever listen to that song "Don't won't no short d!ck men??? LOL, maybe you should, written and sung just for useless d!cks like yourself!!

  • @KidAnime20 "Grammar"

  • @dieseldog00 ...Okay?

  • cant even be a calm assertive pack leader to his dog, what makes him think he can be it for the nation

  • @ForTehNguyen Like i said to kidanime, that thinks dog don't know what sticks are. obviously we are the dumb ones here in this nation, hell even the dog knows better then to bow down to obama like 60% of the morons that have to him, but a dog has a different kind of instinct that we don't have, and that's knowing who to trust, and obviously Obama isn't one of them.

  • @ForTehNguyen Takes practice to be a calm assertive pack leader. Even many people who have dogs don't know how. I didn't even know what one was until I started watching Cesar. That's the advice I would give the President; watch Cesar. Get the girls to tivo the episodes and watch them. Even Vickie Stillwell is better than nothing.

  • Practices such as physically confronting aggressive dogs and using of choke collars for fearful dogs are outrageous by even the most diluted dog training standards. A profession that has been making steady gains in its professionalism, technical sophistication and humane standards has been greatly set back. I have long been deeply troubled by the popularity of Mr. Millan as so many will emulate him.

  • @Labloverification Cesar does not use choke collars. He uses a plastic leash like can be found in any vet clinic. And it's obvious you don't understand how domination works in canine society. And Cesar is not a dog trainer so he doesn't threaten the profession. What he is is a dog psychologist which is far above dog training in understanding how dogs function in their packs and in human society. Alpha domination is ingrained in dogs and humans who don't use it are at a great disadvantage.

  • Obama, if you treat your dog like the Sheeple of America you will have a obedient, stand in line, waiting for handout dog who does not resist.

  • @erikinhawaii Yeah dogs are pretty smart when knowing who not to trust, somthing we as humans don't have. Too bad that dog didn't get to pick who he wanted to be with, cause if he did, my instinct would be not obama. Poor doggie :(

  • I followed this simple rules from the beginning and the result is a amazing relationship of trust between me and my dog.

  • "many people can attend university and learn something but still never be as good or as talented as someone who has a natural ability. Take auto mechanics; some people are naturally mechanically inclined and are brilliant mechanics where others attend college and graduate as mechanics but lack the natural ability and are therefore only half-assed mechanics because they don't truly understand the principles of what they're doing. Same goes here..."

Exactly! Who do you think wrote the books?

  • Cesar is a very special person. He was born to do what he does and he does it very , very well. He inspires humans to become better people through their interaction with their dogs. Awesome!

  • Dear Obama family!

Do not listen to his crap.

Dear AngealStigma - Cesar Millan is NOT behaviourist, he never studied to be one and he has no clue about dog's psyche.

  • @Fedra2006 You sound like one of these parrots running around saying there is not such thing as talent or common sense. You actually believe experts are formally trained? Cesar studied literally from birth being around animals and observing. No better expert than he who is actually doing it. - WELL!

  • @Fedra2006 What the hell do you mean by that? You just saying something with out meaning.. why the hell am i replaying what you have wrote anyway...

Just think before you write, live an normal life.. god

  • @Fedra2006

Ja! I agree. He doesn't need it to be one. But i m sure, talking as he talks, that he has studied a lot. Also, he helps people to live more than your "behaviourists". But, any way, tell me, how come he can change dog's behaviour ? He's wonderful !

  • No touch, no talk, no eye contact.. I know ths rule by heart :P

Cesar is an extraordinary man. Inside and out. Love you man !

  • Viva la mechico!

  • CESAR MILLAN FTW!!!!!!!!

    best dog expert

  • Can someone explain to me what he means by tips three, four and five? I'm getting my first puppy in the summer and I'm really curious. I kind of get what he means, as in you shouldn't exite the puppy and set boundaries, but if someone could expand on it that would help a lot.

  • @DreIs1337 by 3 4 and 5 means don't touch don't talk and no eye contact before stablish rules and limits

  • rock on Cesar millan!!!!

  • Cesar Millan är min favorit, inte bara favorit min vän är bäst i världen för att han är väldigt duktig arbeta som bra vbehandla med hundarna att förbättras, jag ville vara med vänner Cesar Millan perfekt!!!!

  • you have to be something amazing as this mexican to have a us citizenship, Cesar even he has us citizenship is my countrypartner arriba MEXICO vecinos

  • @MarioAxl ahaha a weboo puro MEXICO :P Cesar is just the best; he makes it see so easy ! :)

  • ceaser para el pinche perico quey scratchin ur noise alot there

  • i love cesar he is soo cute!!! and smart!!!

  • to people that said he looks gay:

take into consideration that most men "look" gay these days. "Are you man enough to wear pink?" says the billboards! Behavior and dress has changed a lot, and most men seem a little softer than they used to look. Straight men do not even get offended if you ask them if they are gay. It is not seen as something offensive any more.

By this statement I am only stating my observations of changes, not my opinions.

  • If someone asked me if I was gay, I would get offended. Then I would have sex with their wife / sister to prove otherwise.

  • @Pinworm4 LMFAO.

  • @Alina674 iv nothing against gays but i would be offended if someone asked me i fi was

  • @Alina674 Saying that most men look "Gay" is pushing it. But I agree, clothing has become a lot more feminine these days. I am surprised at how thin, tight, and flimsy clothes are getting.

  • @PSNjizzcake I think in your reply statement to me you are completely contradicting yourself. I have read it a few times, and you say "I am pushing it," yet you agree. How can you agree w/me then?!?!? That's contradictory.

In simple words, my original statement meant this: I was stating that Cesar looks average to the men of today (since today we have a different standard for what men should be like), & men of today do not "look" (and sometimes "act") like a typical man did 10+ years ago.

  • @Alina674 I know you're trying to be balanced and offer a point of view here, but you need to educate yourself. 'Effeminate', 'gay' and 'girly (among many other stupidly misused words) are far from synonyms or even similar with changes in degree. The sentence 'this person looks gay' doesn't even make sense.

  • @happyjellyfish Are you telling me that being observant and taking into consideration what goes on around me isn't an important form of education?

  • Cesar is such a silver fox

  • @SnarkyFuzzFox

    YIFF IN HELL FURFAG

  • eres el mejor CESAR y eres mexicano aaaaahhhhhhhuuuuuuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • This was a PRACTICE video, no? Because Cesar is MUCH more pro than THIS take! Otherwise, GREAT ADVICE!!

  • PEACE AN LOVE! :)

  • Wow, people sure do like to argue. I think advice to Obama should have been given to Michelle instead..she's the one that's gonna be around the dog more.

  • He should whip them into shape

  • Nah, she just wears the pants in the family. Like Hillary and Bill. :P

  • racism is so not cool

even if its just on youtube

  • look at his smile at the very last frame xD

  • what the hell makes this an advertisement. he never at any point said watch my show or this is ceaser, he just gave advice. this is youtube cant you tell by the website you watched the video on? you make paris hilton look super smart. cock smashers? sounds to me like the gal/guy you got/had wouldnt even take his/her underwear off to let your dick/vag touch his/hers. smart choice,

  • Why get so mad about it? You're wasting you're time.

  • not sure what you mean, about the advertisement or the guy responding to my first comment, either way youtube shouldnt force advertisements in videos, if they owners of the content dont like it they can put it on hulu or something where its expected. if its youtube trying to make money then they should try sidebar advertising stuff... as for the guy who responded to me initially, i just hate pricks like him them.

  • lol

  • If he is gay why does he have a biological child? Your only saying he's gay because you are.

  • It never fails on YouTube.

Someone ALWAYS has to throw out the "gay" word.

Cesar is not gay, he isn't acting gay, and why are you hung up on whether someone appears to "act" gay?

He's a great dude with a family that helps people become better pet owners.

  • well said mate! I don't no what these people mean by "kay" how the hell is he kay? what is wrong with people on youtube?

  • Thanks!

  • cesar is hot and thats that!!!

  • wtf dude

  • i know the guys married and he has kids and everything...but you have too admit he "looks" (please notice i said LOOKS) a bit gay on this video

  • It's the ear rings that did it for me xD

  • Ohh, just because he is wearing a chain?

    L0L

  • People don't understand the meaning of "looks". If you're going to say he looks gay, say something like. I and/or other individuals may have taken note that in this video; the appearance of Cezar Millan, star of the Dog Whisperer, is similar to what is generally accepted by western society to be a homosexual or "metrosexual" appearance. I do not in any way make any implications to Cezar Millan's sexual preferences and take no responsibility for damages caused by misunderstanding this comment.

  • i evidently couldnt have said that better, haha thanks, that was literate xD

  • Glad I could be of service :P

  • a lot of journalists look "gay" too. I think they hire stylists & also people that guide them in how to talk, dress, style hair, etc. It is said to help promote their publicity & make an example of how they want to appear. He also exercises a lot, which is also probably something he is told to do (or maybe not, but in most cases this is how it goes).

  • You have a good point. Back in the 60's men used to wear frills! Times are always a-changin'

  • this guy is a like apua

  • no no i dont i like there beer thoe

  • lol

  • I love Cesar Millan and his show! more power mr. cutie millan :-*

  • would you say the same if he took the dog to the psychology center? in that case the dog learns from the pack more than cesar- he can only do so much for a dog since he's human...

  • not neccesarily fear, but your dog cant control you, its just to show that you are the master...not him

  • I don't think a dog following a leader is necessarily fear-based. If that were true they would fear him all the time and not have an affectionate relationship, and he seems to have that with his 'pack'. Discipline and correction don't have to be tyrannical.

  • The thing is, dogs and people are different. Dogs accept and move on, people are really the only weak animals on this planet. Sure, some are physically stronger and weaker, but dons don't have complex emotions like people do. Thats the thing that most people don't understand. A dog is not a person, so you can not treat it's feelings like a person. In the wild, dogs would fight, dogs would bite each other just to get a point across. People are much more gentle. That makes us 'weak' if you will.

  • They Don't Have Complex Emotions.....Thats Bull.

My Dog literaly cried and whined for weeks after my other dog died and was buried...I believe some emotion was going on there...

  • Sadness isn't complex.

    It's a basic emotion.

    Happy, sad, angry

After that it's all instincts that humans just confuse as emotions.

  • For the sadness to go on as long as it did with TheXog's dog shows a more complicated emotional makeup. No, they aren't as complex as us, and sometimes I envy that about them. Emotional complexity can be a bad thing

  • Probably because he became lonely without his long time companion around. Dogs aren't near as complex as humans but that does not mean they don't have any emotions or a very narrow range of them. They're happy, scared, lonely, etc. based upon what happens around them to survive in the wild thousands of years ago just like humans. Just like how you can program(give instinct to) a robot to run the "happy" module in this event and "lonely" module in another event although not quite that simple.

  • you, big banana man are quite stupid if you think that anything here on planet earth exept things like fish and insects have small feelings. or a very narrow variety....

  • What on earth are you talking about? You must be commenting on somebody else and accidentally put my name in there. Or perhaps you read my comment backwards because you're from the bizarro planet and... the hell with it, I'll just call you an idiot.

  • @RoZesRBlaK if you coddle a dog when it is scared, then you are rewarding bad behavior. there is a pecking order in the wild. dogs understand that. they feel more secure when they are sure of where they stand.

  • this man is brilliant ! talks lots of sense, and his advice is very easy to follow.

  • cesar is the best! my dog was pretty disobedient, but after applying his techniques, my dog is behaving like an angel. we're still working the walks, but everything else is fine.

Cesar learns from experience, and that's what I hope to do as well. animal behavior is so interesting. i hope i can get into that field. :D

  • Well all the Cesar support in the comments here shows the intelligence of his fans. Anyone that bashes Cesar is an incompetent jealous moron. He isn't called the dog whisperer for nothing. I would not be able to have 4 pitbulls in the same house with 5 cats without him. He is a genius.

  • Caesar is such a wonderful man! The countless lives he has helped, dogs he has saved.

He has definatly helped me... people comment constantly on how well behaved my dog is and its because of this man!

  • ME TOO Whatsupwithbritt...our pack is MUCH better behaved b/c of Cesar!!

One of my dogs (a 1yr old APBT rescue) comes with me everyday to work and she gets sooo many compliments on her behavior!

  • Omg I love this guy lol

  • Who cares he is an illegal immigrant who made it big and thinks outside the box. This guy has more life experience than you'll have have.

Jealous cause you spent all that time in post secondary and parade around with a sense of accomplishment, to really amount to nothing.

  • If only all illegal immigrants made as much of a difference as he does...

  • That is because THERE ARE NO ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS!

They are just Americans with no permit to enter the US.

  • @pixelty isn't that the same thing?

  • He's not necessary an illegal immigrant anymore. He has US citizenship now.

  • illegal is a tough word american parasite

  • @missraw who? obama or the dog?

  • @missraw you are a stupid republican I bet!

  • @MonaBLangham .... This is the most unintelligent comment I've ever read in a long while.

No, I'm an independent... Leaning towards the democrat side, actually. FIrst of all, what made you believe that I was a Republican??.. Never mind.

  • @MonaBLangham Stupid republican???? R u stupid, seriously??? U do know that we now have half and half in the house now, and it will be more fair, not 100 dems to 50 repubs....yeah i see a good change comming, cause repubs are conservative, it's what we've needed all along, and the dems are always wanting to spend money. Good change is comming, i can feel it now.

  • @kittkatt032 I remember the good change when bush was a president. . .Hmmm, J/K Republicans dont do any good to anyone but u probably know that

  • how funny to talk about illegal immigrants to usa... those are the people who make your food.....

  • its a known fact that he was an immigrant that escaped to the US when he was in HS he just worked. dumbass. so stfu. you just hate because he lack the common sense that he has with dogs.. u d bag.

  • What is a Behavioralist?

    Do you mean Behaviorist?

    Speaking of ignorant...

  • Cesar Milan is one of the most accomplished Behaviorists i know of.

I have studied dogs and behavior all my life.

I wish i could become half as successful with dogs as he is.

This man has saved more families and dogs than "barrytron3030" and "1SOF1" have taken breathes,

There is nothing wrong with doing what your good at or doing what you like doing.

    Show some respect you fascists.

I don't hear you being racist about Obama.

so why be racist to Mr Milan, just because he is better than you.

  • What do you have against fascists? XD

But I agree. Cesar is the best there is!

  • i used the word fascists in the context that they don't respect genius or knowledge and they are just jealous.

    not insult or miss-direction intentioned.

sorry if that was not displayed well.

  • Give me a man with proven humane techniques over a school-book taught student any day. And before you 'certified behaviorists' get on my case, who invented the school you went to? How did the founder learn? No one was born a dog expert. Even Cesar had to work at it to perfect it. Just because he didn't spend money he couldn't afford to in order to go to a school that was initially built/founded by someone who did the work hands-on as well, in the first place, doesn't mean he is not an expert.

  • you dont need a university degree to have common sense. you can study how dogs live in the wild and use that to adjust how dogs live at home. theres been a lot of smart people who never went to a university. and its ignorant that you say something like that. so stfu.

  • Exactly!!!

  • @1SOF1 Ok I know you made your comment a long time ago, but I have to say, you're pretty ridiculous if you think that someone can ONLY be "successful" if they attend university. If you read Cesar's first book (hey, wait a second. Have you published any books? What university did you go to?) you'll see that he moved to the U.S. and started WORKING IN HIS FIELD. He learned from experience and trial and error, not the words in some book classified as universal truth because the author has a PHD.
