I was upset because Cindy Whitmarsh and Kendell Hogan are excellent instructors and my upper body has firmed up with Ms. Whitmarsh's Strong and Sexy Upper Body Burn (which is the video download I purchased), thank the Lord for Google. I found the video but I'm sure it will be taken down by the end of the week. I'm so grateful for You Tube!
