But your voice needs to be softer and the guitar played with more light strokes nmore as background to bring out your melancholic voice. Accent on the voice as the instrument in all its colours. You might enjoy playing another reflective song called Streets of London by Ralph Mctell a folk singer from the 70's. This was a classic hit and is still relevant to todays homeless people. its on tabs on many tab sites.

that's the chorus, it generally follows, "all the lonely people, where do they all belong?"
