Sorry I don't get it. Of the $500,000,000, only 10% was from foreign governments. That doesn't sound like much to me.
If you're concerned about influence from Arab/Islamic governments, look at the Bush family.

Just saying that's only a small part of the total. And that 10% presumably includes donations from countries like Denmark, Australia, and the UK where I'm from. And it's not like this is money in her pocket, it's for the library.
