Nobody mentioned in that video she got fired because she was on facebook during her work - I'm sure that would have been mentioned if that had been the case. I personally would change my facebook profile to private - especially when looking for a job but also if I make comments on my job on facebook. I think the only reason why she could have been fired was because she was still on trial. After the trial she could have sued the company because this is not a reason to fire someone.
