Many people still underestimate the power of Yahoo Answers for marketing purposes. It's practically untapped! I personally use Answer Assault (application) to manage my campaigns though, it's quick and easy to use.
In response to some of the comments made. Yes you can get banned at yahoo if you start spamming the crap out of them. You have to use a bit of common sense with Yahoo and give useful information in your answers.
You can make good money with this method, but like most things, you do have to do some work, If you work hard at this you can do really good and the traffic that you build with this method keeps coming for years after.

Interesting ideas, Yahoo Answers is a pretty great source for getting targeted traffic.
