Not really. As much other religions have done everything to aritificially enrich their origins and apologetics, Scientology is an obvious ruse, blank and naked from its beginning to its end.

The proof for it being a ruse is overwhelming and available to anyone who has a telly or is able to read a book written by the "founder" who himself states that it's a ruse.

No other "religion" displays peoples' ability for self deception as clearly as Scientology does.

@JVbin It just comes down to the way directors and film makers seem to go to great lengths to make him look taller than he.is. His height seems to be a sticking point for him, which makes it rather odd when we see an actor who is considerably taller looking to be about the same heigh, due to trickery. Certainly the women he dates are also considerably taller. Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes are 4 and 2 inches taller, respectively.
