My girlfriend and I have been watching all the Golden Girls episodes and she was completely unaware that the song was written and originally recorded by Andrew. I had a bit of a "shufty" and was able to brandish my pristine copy of the "All This And Heaven Too" LP. A great talent and a great voice. Sadly missed.

I'll never be able to watch The Golden Girls again without feeling sad that not only are most of them gone, but now Andrew is gone. He had a wonderful sense of humor and from what I've heard very kind. I just can't believe he died. Linda Ronstadt must be feeling her mortality with several of her former band members now passed -- Andrew, Kenny Edwards (he was also a "Stone Poney" in the 60s), and Don Grolnick. They should've formed a group like their predecessors - The Eagles.
