Actually F1 2010 can be pretty realistic, once you turn off all the assists, and whatnot, if you hit something to hard with your tires, your tires will wobble, it's pretty good.

I would say iRacing would be the best Sim of course.

You just have to look at the collision detection between cars for a start in this vid, it is totally wrong and lacking..same happens in oval racing in rFactor, there is no true physics or reaction between cars, especially when racing with AI which uses even further "dumbed down" phsyics.. Plenty of others reason too, but cant fit it all here.

For online racing. Live For Speed and iRacing are the best to be found, netkar PRO makes a good showing too, though thats very slow in development.

you must just learn to drive. play only with wheel! this is simulator so is hard for beginners. watch onboards and search for tips how to setup car. practice and practice. good lap give a lot of satisfaction :) good luck !

This game is for PSP and Wii right? If the scenes are from the PSP version it looks pretty good. But if thats the Wii version it just sucks. You have nearly no collision model (You see cars touching each other and nothing flys away...). And the arms of the driver are the ugliest Ive ever seen (and sometimes there are even none). And the graphics in general seem from yesterday...a next gen console should do better than this. So is it the PSP or the Wii version?

rFactor is a sim that is based on modding. ISI wanted to keep the moding simple, so there aren't many animations. It's about the driving physics. Arms would make modding much more difficult, so they left it out. A real simulation fan doesn't care about arms anyway, many people drive in cockpit view and put the whell of, set the screen in a position so that your real wheel is where the virtual would be and then drive.

I can understand people who say the graphics suck, graphically this mod for rfactor is crap, and by the looks of it so is the pc its being run on.
