Here's a plan:

Revert to Pre-Reagan era corporate tax rate of 70%. Eliminate supply-side economics from all economic classes and books. FORCIBLY take that money and do what needs to be done as it was in the past. Asking them PLEASE to do the right thing has proven to have the opposite effect when dealing with amoral profit-making machines. Before Reagan the products were higher quality (compared to chinese walmart quality), and people made MUCH more money than they do today. Tax the rich.

It's all about Currency Wars. He who has the least valuable currency has the cheapest exports. China's Yuan is worth 15.8 cents of a massively weak dollar (at this point). The Indian Rupee is worth 1.9 cents of the dollar (and falling). As long as these countries continue to lose the currency wars they will continue to be used as countries for outsourcing. For us to bring jobs back we'd have to destroy the dollar's value and work for a pittance. I don't see that happening.
