I do think that meaning and purpose can be found in the concepts of process, progress, and the good. For example, the words meaning, and purpose means intention, aim, and design and i think that anything that fits these categories has meaning and purpose. Inevitable processes lead to progress, and progress ultimately leads towards the good in all things (in fact aristotle mentions this in is ethics).

I just watched this again, it is just breath taking. I can't understand WHY this video isn't being featured on YouTube. They feature SO MUCH JUNK and this is genius! You did such an excellent job. And Nearnothing's contributions was brilliant. I just threw a few questions at you, and you came up with truly inspired answers to them. Again, WHY doesn't YouTube feature real talent, like yours? I wish some one in power at YouTube would answer that question!

There is no point to human existence in the sense of objective reasons for it because our existence is merely a product of all the processes that have occured in the universe that came before us and this includes our parents meeting each other etc... The only purpose or meaning that our existence can have is that we are a product of processes, and also that nature designed us with our own characters, and so all we can really do is follow our own nature.
