How do you tune your bass drum? and what size is it?

@willshiznit86 It's a maple 18" with coated ambassadors on both sides. I put yamaha impact strip around the batter head... the stuff they use on marching bass drums. On my 22"s i do the same setup but with smooth powerstroke 3s and a small hole in the front head.
As far as tension, I have the head just tight enough to get out the crinkles and then maybe another quarter or half turn. I have the resonant head higher than the batter head too.
