the funny thing is they have got them on camera and they think theyve been distroyed but the videos are digital n automatically sent to the cop station and saved Mr Binks has seen the tape. and the people that are found guilty are geting charged! so tbh im glad coz i cried when it happended it could have gone with some dignity i love edlo comp and it will always be in my heart!

i complained about it while it was up but now its gone and were in the new school i really miss it coz i hate it. ilu!

A SECOND major fire in Edlington, near Doncaster, in less than a week is today being investigated.

Fire crews from Edlington and Maltby station were unable to prevent severe damage to a disused family centre in Cross Street yesterday afternoon.

The alarm was raised just before 6pm at the empty two-storey building - but by the time firefighters arrived they found the ground floor engulfed in flames

Hey Brett, Edlo Cmp might have not done that much for you, and I'm sorry it didn't. But I know this isn't a nice way for the old school to go and I know that a lot of your mates did the D of E Award or were in the LSC and got a lot out of them. What I meant by 'convenient' is it looks like arson and the police seem to think so too. I was not saying anything derogatory about the school itself. In my opinion ,I think someone must have had a really nasty grudge against the place, they knew it was going to demolished anyway, so, warped as it might seem, they thought that they would "get there first," as it were and torch the place. In fact I have some fond memories of the place (honest!).

Also When you go back to school do you think you could ask your English teacher to explain the benefits of spelling, grammer and punctuation; I'm fairly confident it was a taught subject when I was there.

The Comp was due to be demolished and its accelerated demise is rather befitting, having the now more appropriate tribute... "demolished in a blaze of glory".

I will always have fond memories of the old school, which I assume is not a position shared by all.

It would appear that all of the numptys who went to see the Polpypipe fire have attended this social gathering too..... fires aren't generally all that amusing and were you in a job that required some level of intelligence you would have been able to differentiate between amusement eg: "MY NAME'S RICK WITH A SILENT P" (which clearly it is Bret) and "OOOO SCHOOL'S ON FIRE, HAHAHAHA"
