  • looks GORGEOUS.

  • im using the same chocolate brand like yours ;D

  • How many servings does this have?

  • to make the ganache without heavy cream just substitute the heavy cream with 1/3 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter and if you're using fat free milk just add a teaspoon of flour before boiling it (: hope it works

  • I've been wondering this since forever: is your measuring spoon adjustable to make it tsp, 1/2 tsp, tbsp, and stuff? it looks like all you need to do is like move that gray part up or down. that would be cool!

  • can it be one eggwhite or does it have to be 2

  • omg these are amazing i did this and i just a 1 tsp of coffeee but other thenthst it tasted great thank u so much

  • Made this today and it looked and tasted fantastic! The only things I'd change is the 75% chocolate I used as I personally found it too bitter. Also, the buns didnt raise higher than the bun cases like yours did but thats because I didnt fill them high enough most likely. I am sure they will be a hit when I make them for family thais weekend. Thanks again, very straighforward with no faffing about! :-)

  • I dont have baking soda should i buy?

  • I dont have chcolate puddung can use nutella?

  • Milk, as in any kind of milk?

  • Can we put frosting on top of the icing?

  • i dont have vegetable oil..is it that important? or any substitute pls...help...

  • @nothingseriousable If you don't have vegetable oil, just use melted butter. It should be okay. ;) Thanks for your comment! ♥

  • hey just make two batches of these things......they came out soo chocolatey goodness....im using them as a stable for a pullapart skeleton cake and i tried one...they are good. :)

  • @tryforceofcurage That's great! I'm glad you tried the recipe. ♥

  • is whipped cream like milk?

  • @Valerinaisback Whipping cream has a higher fat content than milk, so it's different. :( I'm sorry if you can't find any... Check on the web for other alternatives. Good luck!

  • @JoyMac13 OMG I HAVE THE SAME BAKING POWDER SEND BACK

  • do u really need vanilla extract?

  • @RAJAMOHSIN11 If you don't have vanilla extract, it's fine.

  • i havent got baking soda, what can i do ?

  • @Valerinaisback You don't have to use it if you don't have it. It should be fine.

  • PLEASE HELP MEEEE! WHAT SHOULD I MAKE FOR MY MOM'S BIRTHDAY?

  • @almamilania I'm sure she'll appreciate anything you make. Good luck. :)

  • WHY DO I ALWAYS WATCH THESE VIDEOS WHEN I AM HUNGRY AND HAVE NO FOOD??

  • @MorefielsRkewl I do the same thing too. ^_^ I always end up watching food videos when I'm hungry. XD Thanks for your comment! ♥

  • hi, great vid. Just wanted to ask a few questions. Er, is it necessary to use vegetable oil? And can i substitute the dark choc for melted chocolate chips? O_o Pls reply, THX!! ;)

  • @misstan2011 Hello, you can just use 1/2 cup of melted butter if you don't want to use vegetable oil. And you can definitely use melted chocolate chips. If you do that, you might have to increase your flour. I've never tried it before, but you can experiment. That's the fun of baking. Thank you for your comment! ♥

  • can i use regular milk to substitute whipping cream?

  • @annie8nguyen I'm sorry but you can't use milk. The recipe for the ganache calls for whipping cream. :( Thanks for your comment!

  • hi!thanks for your video it was very helpful. i have questions, can i use shortening instead of butter?what happens if i over mix the batter? also can i add walnuts or raisins? thanks so much!!!

  • @MsJill1979 I've never tried substituting shortening for butter. What you can do is just use 1/2 cup vegetable oil. It should be fine. ;) When you over beat, the batter develops gluten which makes the cupcakes a bit hard. You can add anything you want! ;) Thank you for your comment! ♥

  • 1:57 who cant find chocolate pudding??????????its like EVERYWHERE!!:) just sayin'

  • @TheMadison297 Hehehe... I guess in some other countries they can't find it. T_T. Thanks for your comment! ♥

  • @JoyMac13 Yeah I can't T_T

  • If i didn't put the choco pudding, wouldn't it reduces the volume of mixture? should I add more of other ingredients? thanks!

  • @icanisa Thanks for your comment... It should be fine without the pudding. I used to make this recipe a lot before without using pudding. You don't need to add anything in its place. :)

  • how to boil the whipping cream without using the microwave? i dont know how to do so help me.. i dont have the puding and i dont want to make the simple syrup. so is it still ok?

  • @abcd0nuts Hello, if you don't want to use the microwave you can just bring the whipping cream to almost a boil on the stove top. ;) Don't worry, you don't have to use pudding and the simply syrup. Thanks for your comment! ♥

  • For the simple syrup when we put it on the cupcake do we make a deep hole or just one not really deep one on top??? Btw love your vids!!!!!

  • @Heyzitzaperson Yes, make deep holes so the syrup will penetrate deep into the cupcake making it moist. ^_^ Thank you for your comments! ♥

  • How many did this make???

  • @Heyzitzaperson This recipe will yield around 12 if you fill each cupcake tin a little bit less than 2/3's full. In this video I ended up with 11 because I put too much batter. (^_^)'

  • btw what did u men by simple syrup. How is the measurenment, sorry I dont catch it. Did you mean that the sugar and the water are goin to cook until they mix together and lumpy? so I hve to brush it when the batter are already baked?

plis repl back, am goin to make a birthday cupcake for my besties :)

  • @ecatamara Please click on the "show more" below the video to see a description on how to do it. I explained everything there. Thanks.

  • could I change the unsalted butter with margarin? Cant that cause any differences?

    thanks, u've done a nice recipe :)

  • @ecatamara I've never tried using margarine but I'm sure you can use it.

  • @lahlahs520 You can use self rising flour too. I've never used self rising flour before, but I'm sure you can. Thanks for your comment!

  • Mine didn't rise as much as yours :((

  • @xxcationxx Don't worry sometimes that happens to me too... I think I put a little more batter on each cupcake mold in this video that's why mine rose a lot here. Thanks for your comment! ♥

  • Hey I was wondering whether i can put chocolate chips in it?

  • @xxcationxx Ofcourse you can! ;) That's sounds like a great idea. ♥

  • I LOVE YOU

  • @supermigit999 ♥♥♥ Thanks for watching. :)

  • Can you do something with red velvet cupcakes any good ingredients? :)

  • @happygurl105 Hopefully next week I'd be able to upload a cupcake video... I'll do red velvet. ;) Thank you for your comment! ♥

  • Love it

  • @sosweetyumii Thank you! ♥

  • @SavannaJoelle Thanks... A lot of people thinks its creepy. XD

  • @JoyMac13 it is XD

  • @shayshaybrown2001 Your welcome! ♥ Thanks for dropping by. :)

  • The cupcakes looked lovely. I am so going to try this! Thank you!

  • @scentasia Thank you so much for your comment! ♥

  • @jobanaleon looked like ten on the video, they look awesome.

  • @missxlittlexawesome Thanks! ♥ I might have ate one - taste test. XD

  • @jobanaleon It makes a dozen, but when I made this video I was short coz I put too much batter on each cupcake tin. XD

  • Hi, can I use this recipe to bake a whole cake with it? sometimes the middle of my cakes still a little uncooked even after the poking test! I only find out after I cut the cake from the middle to ice it!!!! do you have any advice? thanks

  • @monicag37 Yes, you can use this recipe to bake a whole cake. I did once - it was a small 6 inch cake. You might have to double the batch if your making a bigger cake. For the poking test, you have to poke the center of the cake since it's the longest part to bake, that's when you know the cake is done. Thank you for your comment. ♥

  • Wow... those are beautiful! I bet they taste delicious too *o*

  • @TyranoBeefCakeX Thank you! ♥ Yes, they're very scrumptious. ;)

  • Hi! So I sent my mom on a trip to get the ingredients but one problem. Instead of my mom getting whipping cream, she got WHIP cream... Is there anyway I can use that? Thank you! <3

  • @Narakuhater Oh no! XD You really need the whipping cream for the ganache. :( I'm sure you can use the whip cream to place on top of the cupcakes after you're done baking - it will still be good. ;) Thanks for your comment! ♥

  • Hi, I was wondering if it was necessary to add the chocolate pudding?

  • @SheeeriBerry You don't have to.... If you click "show more" I have an alternative method to make the cupcake moist. Thank you for your comment. ♥

  • thank you so much for making this video, now I finaly know how to make chocolate cupcakes without using a cupcake mix^^

  • @Ulvejenta Your welcome... And thank you for watching! ♥

  • hi,i am henna

i wanted to ask do you have to put baking poder in the cupcakes?

or could i relace it with baking soda?

    thx (nice video)

  • @hennathiara123 Yes, you need the baking powder especially if you're baking cakes like this. You can get away without using the baking soda, but you'll need baking powder for this recipe. Thank you for your comment! ♥

  • @JoyMac13 thank you soooooooo much =)

  • @hennathiara123 No prob. ;) Happy Baking! ♥

  • i was planning to make this for my gf..:( but now we already break up..i guees i'll make it for myself :((

  • @coffeelicks I'm so happy to hear that. :) You should try the icing. It makes them extra special and decadent. Thank you for your comment - It made my day. ♥

  • can we make this without the chocolate pudding?

  • @dianasmef Yes, you can make it without chocolate pudding. Thank you for your comment! ♥

  • if i dont have the vegetable oil can i use more butter to subtitute it? or just use the regular oil that used to cook? thanks

  • @karinxz If you don't have vegetable oil - just melt more butter to substitute it should be fine. It's also okay to use Canola or Corn Oil but I won't recommend Olive Oil because of its strong flavor. Thank you for your comment! ♥

  • is it okay if i don't use the chocolate pudding??? please anwser!!!.

  • @Rinoula13 It's okay if you don't add pudding. :) Thanks for your comment! ♥

  • i dont know where can i find chocolate pudding snack cup in Malaysia. is anything can i use to replace chcolate pudding? or what happen if i dont use chocolate pudding? please reply asap. thank u very much!!!

  • @whiterosesz Sorry for the late reply. You don't have to put the pudding if you can't find any. ;) What you can do is while the cupcakes are cooling on the rack poke some holes on each cupcake and brush them with simply syrup - 1 part sugar, 1 part water. This will make them moist as well. Hope it helps. Thank you for watching! ♥

  • i cant find choc pudding here in my country. what should i replace the choc pudding with?

  • @MsTasyaIsm Sorry for the late reply. ♥

  • Thank you for sharing this recipe, I bake it, makes 12 cup cakes.

It's super easy and moist as I want. But it's not sweet enough so I think next time I will put 1 cup of sugar instead of 3/4 cup

  • omg im drooling <3 lol

  • ohh...ok thanks...

  • @JoyMac13 to make the simple syrup sugar and water...???

  • @khamille211988 Yes, sugar and water. I add it all the time when I make cupcakes. Bakers do that to make their cakes moist too.

  • if i dot have chocolate pudding snack what can i substituted in that???thnx

  • how many cupcakes will this make?? please reply quickly!! :) thank you. :) love the video by the way, didn't think of adding pudding to my cupcakes. :)

  • @omgeeitsme7 It should yield to 12 cupcakes, depending on how you fill the liners. Sometimes 11-12 cupcakes. Thank you so much for your comment and for watching! ♥

  • Wow i added this to my cupcake shop and they sold like crazy one cupcake 3 bucks and theres a line that filled the streets

  • @selenaroks That's great to hear! I'm also thinking about doing cupcake business - but so lazy to start though, hehehe. I'm just happy sharing my recipes. :) Thank you so much for your wonderful comment. ♥

  • @selenaroks you are welcome i added an extra touch tho i used the left over pudding and made a hole in the middle of the cupcake and then i covered it back up so i have a filled cupcake

  • These cupcakes are so good and delicious.

As some of your comments said, "They're mouth-watering." And it is so true! :D

  • @JoyMac13 Tnx! :)

  • Awesome recipe, but what is a good substitute for the choco pudding? Would it be okay if I just added some melted chocolate to replace? ^^

  • if i have an electric mixer can i use it?

  • @memyso12 Yeah, you can use this appliance to make your cupcakes. The only thing you need to watch out for if you're especially a beginner to not over beat your batch, alot of people do this mistake when using an electric mixer. Hope it goes well :D

    -Kubraa

  • @craziilulu12 I'm so sorry but you'll have to use whipping cream for the icing. Milk won't work. (T^T)

Thank you for dropping by and liking the video. ♥

  • I loved this recipe! I found it very simple and should be delicious! :) Too bad that here in Brazil, cocoa powder is very expensive. It costs $ 10.00 a box of 200 grams.

But even then, one day I'll try this recipe. :D

  • Two things:One, I am not a fan of most frostings so I'm excited to try this ganache instead.

Second and most important !! I had the best chocolate cupcake that I have try to replicate, it was like this but they cooked the cupcake with chocolate covered expresso beans in the bottom of the cupcakes. So, so good, the best cupcake ever !!

  • how much is a cup? it looks yummy, really wants to take a bite, but first i wanna know how much one cup is!?*

  • @kaninhh You can google a cup measurement if your looking for conversions into grams. I think it can vary from 125gm to 130gm. (^_^)' Thank you for dropping by. ♥

  • What sugar did you use? :)
