The sniping the black ops has recently changed. They made the zoom in not sway so much and when you zoom in it goes more to the center of the reticule making it way easier to snipe/ quick scope.

Honestly I hated MW2 because of quickscopers. I think there needs to be a middle ground between MW2 quickscoping and Black Ops sniping. I can't stand watching MW2 killcams of someone not even getting the scope to their face and the game auto-aiming the bullet into my head. It's ridiculous, but Black Ops messed up sniping too much with the slow aim and sway.
