That panorama is great - but how did you record it to youtube? I can see it only while on my memory card in the Nex-5. Once I transfer it to computer, it does not sweep anymore, it is only static.
@galacticboy100 Not so useless as it seems. The thing is, you shoot a panorama which takes the whole height of your screen, and it's looking great through mini hdmi displayed through one's TV directly from your camera, but once you transfer it to computer, it shows itself on the whole width of your screen, which means you can see only thin ribbon. You have to enlarge it using your controls/mouse and move it sideways manually, which seems silly.
@PeterWhistle i cant really argue with you sir, its all about what you are using it for. i would want the picture to be static so i can keyframe the wide panorama to move as i want it to. which is what Mike did.
@galacticboy100 Yes absolutely blinding - and isn't it expected, from a person like me, who is trying to upload a sweep panorama for the first time in his life? I didn't try to pretend I was an expert.
@PeterWhistle i understand. if you wish to upload a sweep panorama, import the JPG image into a video editor. then enlarge the picture and keyframe it to move. you can search tutorials for all of this. its quite handy.

@PeterWhistle, I used the pan and zoom feature of my video edition software to get the effect you see in this video. It takes the long thin static panaramic photo and fill the screen then pan it as you can see in the video. The "sweep" is how the panaramic is taken with your camera. I hope this helps.

@jeroenN93, The Sweep Panorama is fantastic for landscapes. Moving subjects come out strange but interesting. It is difficult to get tall buildings to come out strait.

@PeterWhistle he used a video editor to move the picture in the shot. if it moved after being transferred to the computer, it would be useless.
